Hello. Can you tell me why my package CP370927727CN went back to the post office where I sent it from? How can I get in contact with them? Thanks

your parcel was returned to China Post office 邮政西城区西单投递部. You need pickup the parcel from above mentioned post office.

But it's not possible. I don't live in China. I just send it to my house in Spain when I was in vacation in Beijing because I didn't have any room left in my luggage. What can I do and how can I contact them? Is it possible that I pay extra for them to send it to Spain again? Thanks
