I have sent package before to same address, but at the moment it has been about 30 days and last entry is export scan cleared. Last time it moved to airline, unless they are using transport by road this time. The last few lines of address are:-

Macau (via Hong Kong) ,
999078
China

The reference is as follows. I am really grateful for any assistance, it is not a small packet so not easy to miss:-

Initially the customer confirmed the address was correct, but now they say they gave slightly wrong address.

The room number for the property they gave was '100' but it should have been '1004' .

I checked the address they gave last time, it was '1004' and as you say arrived in one week.

As it is Signed For package, is there are a department at either China Post or Macau Post that deal with incorrect addresses mail? Is it possible that it is being sent back, and perhaps it take 2 - 4 weeks to come back to UK? Would posting the full address here give any insight?

I appreciate so much your assistance. It is regrettable that the customer did not check their address properly before we sent them the package.
