Post Package to Beijing Stuck in Shanghai for Two Weeks

Hello - my package was shipped from the United States via USPS. On the US tracking system it says that is has been in Shanghai since November 5th, but on the China Post tracking it still doesn't say that it is in China. USPS cannot help me and the english help line that I called for China Post couldn't provide any other information other that they're still waiting on the package.

Could anyone please let me know if this is to be expected or whether my package is just lost? The companies are saying different things but there has been no update whatsoever for weeks now on delivery.

LA359341396US has no arrival information in China Post system. I believe it is still in China customs.

Such USPS 1st class mail has very low priority to get processed by China Post. I believe you need wait another 10 to 20 days to show its new status.

You can ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
