Post Package stuck, any help please

Hi i sent a package from Greece to China some time ago but now the package didn't arrive in destination yet it looks like this Any idea, is this normal, what can i do?
Track number RE088133137GR

2016-12-15 15:17 Guangzhou Exchange Bureau, import each other (internal transit)
2016-12-14 13:40 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, has imported opening
2016-12-11 13:39 Beijing Exchange Bureau, import each other (internal transit)
2016-12-11 09:41 Exchange Bureau in Beijing, has imported opening
2016-12-02 01:37 Athens, leaving

It's more than a month in Guangzhou

1. The recipient of the parcel should call China Post Hot Line local number: 11185 to find out about the parcel.

2. Last tracking is indicating the parcel is traveling inside China.
