Dear China Post,

The item: RR051944769SA

Was shipped to China form Saudi Arabia via registered mail

Your records shows that it arrived office Guangzhou, Cncana on 9th of December 2016

And then departed on 10 December 2016 (domestic transit)

But it didn’t arrive until now.

Kindly help me locate the item because it has very important documents

i sent many emails but didn't get any answer ... kindly if you are not the authorized person plz forward this email to whom of concern

if you can help me i will appreciate your effort by a Reward

1. Please advise the recipient to call China Post Hot Line phone: 86 20 11185 to find out the whereabouts of the item. Or the recipient could go physically to a China Post and ask where is the item.

Thanks for the reply.

unfortunately the recipient is claiming he did not receive it

so i need to know is he lying and he received his item or it is lost in china post

and no one is replying to email in china post.... no international number to talk to them ...
no customer service
no nothing

plz help

1. Because the last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-12-10 14:35:46.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

2. What need to be done is 2 thing:

a. Either somebody call China Post to find out where is the parcel, the recipient can do that or you if you speak Mandarin.

b. You go through the Saudi Post and ask then to launch an investigation about your parcel because it's sitting in China and not deliver.

3. Because your parcel is Register Mail somebody has to sign for it, so far the parcel is still traveling inside chine and I would not be surprise that either the parcel is lost or misplace.

Unfortunately i don't have any one in china who can contact china post and the recipient id claiming it did not arrive ... and he could be lying and he received it ..

if you speak Mandarin kindly contact china post for me which i will be very thankful

i don't know Mandarin and even if they have a direct line for English spoken i will call them ... but they don't

Saudi post they don't do any thing ... they will say bad luck ..

kindly help me if you can

1. Unfortunately I don't speak Mandarin and I don't live in China.

2. When you sent the parcel did you put some insurance on the parcel. If yes, then go back to the Saudi Post and claim that insurance because the parcel was not deliver.

3. I can assure you that they will launch an investigation about your parcel before the payment of the insurance.
