You can not see new status until South Africa customs clears the goods and releases it to South Africa Post. Once South Africa Post gets the parcel from South Africa , you can see new status in South Africa Post website.

What has changed My Items used to take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive in south africa.
This is the first time I have had to wait so long.

shipping time to South Africa can be 30 to 90 days. your parcel is still in normal time frame. no need worry at this moment. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection, otherwise open dispute to seller for refund.

its showing the following :

the parcel should be outside china now. you can not see new status after parcel left china. Just wait 2 to 4 weeks, it should arrive India then.
