Dear all,

Can anyone tell me if anything is wrong if the status says "Held by customs". It has been a week since the status has changed to that. The package (painting kit) did arrive in the destination city but hasn't been delivered yet. I am worried. If anyone has any knowledge or experience regarding this, please comment!
