Post Package says delivered but where is my package?

Hi, I ordered a package during summer. The tracking number given to me is LW670649505CN. On the EMS site it says the package was delivered on October 4th, 2019 but I didn't received the package. Is it possible it was delivered to my post office and I have to pick it up myself? Thank you!

usps.com shows LW670649505CN was delivered at 1:35 pm on October 4, 2019 in RICHARDSON, TX 75080.

You need contact usps.com for delivery detail.
