I ordered from iOffer last August 30, and estimated date of delivery is Sept 9 - October 16 2018 and until now my package have not arrive.. when I check the status it says “Leaving Parcel Center. Received by China post” and has not hear anything after that status. Here is the tracking number UM880776279CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller delayed 45 days to ship the parcel. UM880776279CN was actually shipped on Oct 13.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund or compensation.
