Post Package not updating, possible delay?

Hello, I placed an order on Feb 3 with Zaful and it was shipped the next day. It has been in transit for 8 days, and the last update was on Feb 7, saying that the package had departed Suzhou and is in transit to JFK. Unfortunately, there has been no update to this and USPS says that the package hasn't reached the US. Could you find out what is happening? My tracking number is LS632096409CN. Thank you!

ePackets usually take 15-25 days to reach the US. It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries -- its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it. So I'd expect your parcel to show up in USPS tracking sometime around the end of February.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?
