Need help,my package does not deliver to address listed only minus one number, tracking number is #CJ497246155US and #CJ497279839US completed address is

the parcel is in shanghai post office. your address might not be covered by china post delivery network. you should ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

how can you check if you if ones address in China is not covered?

if package has been sitting in delivery office for 2 days, does that mean they wont delivery? or do they sometimes take time, since regular china post is so slow.

Unfortunately China Post does not have a map to tell you which area is covered by their service. Their domestic delivery service actually is very bad for those parcel with English address.

Normally I will call China Post hot line 11185 and schedule a pickup if the parcel stuck in one place over 2 days.

So if someone is sending regular mail from outside of china, through china post, how should they write the address??

All in Chinese? both in English and Chinese? can you provide a format please.
