Post Package keeps going back and forth in Beijing

Hello, my package was shipped out October 9th and tracking shows that it keeps returning to the same place in Beijing. Is there an issue with the package? The tracking number is LS101959088CN to be delivered in the U.S. Thank you.

LO277978249CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point. Not sure what is the reject reason, it seems to have something not allowed by airline(battery , chemical etc).

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
