Tracking number LW946750861CN

It has been stuck on departure export customs on one tracking site and on another one it says something about a sorting facility. Any information would be greatly appreciated since this is a late bday present for my daughter.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left China for JFK airport in NY on Nov 2. Now JFK import processing is very very very slow. You need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

My order is lost. I buyed from DH Gate and The product shipped after 2 days. Buyer give me a tracking code but It is not working . Tracking page said that a record about your order could not be found. My buyer said that. Your order was lost on the way please help me

LX575661451CN is a fake number. your seller did not even shipped the goods to you.
