Hi, I have a package from China with tracking no. LO104636926CN. I called Auspost and they told me they haven't received the item. I recently called China Post and they told me the item is still in China. I called them multiple times several days before and they all said the package has left Shenzen, this time it's different. One thing that made me confused is that they didn't update the tracking. The latest tracking said that the item has left Shenzen for Sydney. Any suggestions and solutions will be appreciated, thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO104636926CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Australia on Sep 2.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Sydney, Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
