I am from Myanmar. My university in China informed me that my admission package was sent 11 days ago and I didn't recieve the package yet. They also sent me a tracking number - EA381980873CN which is clearly not working even after 11 days. Can someone help me what happened with this one?

EA381980873CN has no record in China Post system, your university does not shipped anything with this number. You should ask your university for correct tracking number.

Thank you very much for your reply. I contacted the university and they sent me the receipt with the same tracking which filled out my address in Myanmar correctly. EMS China informed me that the package is already in Myanmar and I can't track due to transhipment error. But EMS Myanmar keeps on insisting that there is no package from China with such tracking number. How should I proceed with?

EA381980873CN has no record in China Post system. I believe your tracking number is wrong.
