Post Package from France to China (use of warranty) Lost?

Hi

I send back to CHina my phone to use the warranty. I have the franch post tracking number : CC814838343FR, and I know that June the 2d, it arrived in China.Since then, I cannot trace it and the seller on Aliexpress doesn't help me to track it. It constantly tell me 'it did't arrive' and to check with my post office, which cannot track it once it entered in China.

It's been a month I really start to think, it's lost. I'm desperate.
Can you help me?

CC814838343FR has no record in china post database. It has not arrived China yet. Maybe it was lost before arriving china.

Why do you say that? If you look here it arrived in China : http://t.track-chinapost.com/fr#nums=CC814838343FR
The problem is that I dont know if I can use the same number to track it in China, I don't think so.
Do you know how it works?

And if it get lost, do you think I can ask something to the seller of Aliexpress? I mean to use the warranty I had to send it. I had no choice.
