Shipping times to Romania are very long, 45 days or more on average, with many packages going longer than 60 days....and after the parcel leaves China, there aren't any more tracking updates until it reaches Romania and the post office there scans it. So this makes for a long period of waiting, with no information or updates

I don't think your parcel is lost, just very slow. It might take another month yet to arrive. You should ask your seller to extend your buyer protection time; if they won't, then open a dispute.
