As you see my package arrives and leaves Guangzhou Airpot several times. Aliexpress Seller said it's on the way but I think something wrong with this package. Package number:RU020047316CN .Can you help me?

your parcel seems to have problem to catch flight. What is the item inside? if it has battery or other dangerous item, it might be rejected by airline.

There is a new information about my parcel, "arrive parcel dept. and leave parcel dept." what is this mean?

it means the parcel is still waiting for airline space. This is very strange. Normally it should catch airline space in one week. I suggest you wait one more week, if it is still looping in Guangzhou by early Oct, you should open dispute against non arrival parcel.
