Hi,

We have sent an order to Australia with consignment no LL372877855CN. The customer is claiming she hasn't received the order and it has been delivered to wrong address. Australian post asking me to contact China Post to initiate investigation. I am unable to reach the customer care. Very bad experience.

1. Kindly ask China post to initiate investigation.
2. Give me email I'd for China post
3. Give me contact number to speak in English with China post

are you the shipper? if yes, you need go to the original post office where you shipped the parcel to Australia and file an investigation.

Australia Post website shows LL372877855CN was delivered by Post office in FAIRFIELD HEIGHTS NSW. I can not imagine Australia Post will make wrong delivery. Did you print wrong address?

No I didn't ship. This was shipped by one of our supplier from China. He is not that supportive. I don't stay in China. Can you give me some contact number to talk in English. So I can ask chinapost to investigate. Like what address they have put on.

Regarding Australian post I would like to say that the courier went through chullora as checked on track 17. And chullora PO has got worst of reviews. Read here. I don't know what to do now

It seems that your seller printed wrong address but does not want to take the responsibility. If you paid with PayPal, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

You were wrong. The address was not wrong. There is some issue with Australian post. They lost the courier and have compensated the customer.
