Hi, desperately looking for help.

I got a parcel with tracking. But simce 20th January, nothing happened.

This is my tracking number :LM470383373CN

Can someone tell me what actually happened? And who shoulf i seek helped from? My seller is being not responsible and do not want to reply my email and messages anymore.

Below is what i got from 17track.
2019-01-20 11:20
Shenzhen city, arrived at Shenzhen Land Transport Transit Center processing Center

2019-01-14 23:00
Shenzhen city, has left Shenzhen Express Marketing department, sent to Shenzhen Land Transport Transit Center

2019-01-14 21:49
Shenzhen, Shenzhen Express Marketing department has received pieces (name of the range Agent: Zhung, Tel: 11111111111)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM470383373CN shows the parcel was shipped from Shenzhen to singapore on Jan 20. Normally it should arrive Singapore in 2 to 3 weeks. It might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by end of Feb, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Dispute and parcel refund against seller, am i right? If i have a unresponsive seller? Do u have a suggestion how i can do it? Because i didnt buy it from aliexpress.

To open dispute, you need buy from website which has buyer protection policy like ebay,aliexpress,Amazon, WISH , or payment with Paypal etc.

If you purchased from above mentioned websites, simply contact the customer service to open dispute for refund.

If your website has no buyer protection policy, no contact phone number and email, no company address . You are difficult to get your money back.
