Post Normal Tracking Absence Time?

Hello,
My order tracking number is 03325189985
The last activity was on 8/July/2016
I learned that it is china post small packet plus, which if of least priority,
but isn't it abnormal for the package to take too long to move?

1. It's quite normal for China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to have very few tracking on a parcel. But lack of scan/tracking does not mean the parcel is not moving. It's moving but without any tracking to it.

2. For your country Lebanon estimated arrival time for a parcel is 4 to 6 weeks, so far your parcel has been in transit for 25 days. So you are close to the 4 weeks period now.
