I have waited for ten days and there is still no update on my item.
The Tracking number is 83889962605. And what does it mean for "已 Sent to airline空公司运输"

Tracking numbers of this format are China Post Ordinary Airmail parcels, a cheap service used for low value items. They don't have any tracking once they leave China, and could take 30-90 days to arrive depending on the destination country.

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

I think the mishmash of "已 Sent to airline空公司运输" is roughly "has been given to airline transportation company". For a better translation, track here:
