I am trying to track a parcel that appears to have been "Returned from Export Customs/Security SUZHOU EMS". What does that mean?

It's now 12/09/2017 and no updates since 30/08/2017.

there should be a mistake by customs data inputer. the parcel left china for UK on Aug 31. you need wait 2 to 3 weeks to get it.
