Please help locate LW119823783CN.
My last update was 4/14/2017 for an epacket from China to USA(usps). Updated fine until the last time and nothing since. I've never had this size of delay. Have you any idea where it may be. The us customs have not received it as of 5/15/2017.
Any help would be appreciated

LW119823783CN should be USA now. USPS import processing in some area is very slow. You might wait extra 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel released.

I had ordered a couple of other items and a couple of orders 3 weeks ago. All of these orders have arrived already. I contacted both usps and us customs. This item has not been on any manifest as of yet. I usually receive an update when a package arrives at customs and another update once the item clears customs and yet another update when the usps facility receives the item from customs. Is there a way for China post EMS to actually physically look at the last location where it was scanned? It seems it has been misplaced and over looked and is just somewhere. I wish there were a recourse I could take to make sure because this whole process seems a bit hopeless.

This is still the same except it has been well over 5 weeks since I have had an update and us customs and usps have both reiterated the fact that my package has never made it to American soil. Is there no way a Chinese EMS employee can physically check the last known location that the tracking computer shows. It is my understanding that
