Hello,

I have 2 packages, one coming and one returning. Neither has any updates for 1 month.

1-Coming one: RF470084175CN
Last entry by local post office: Receive item from customer at 13-12-2016

2-Returning item: RS184970543CN
Last entries:
2016-12-14 14:38:06.0 Guangzhou Transit Station rejected ,remark (改寄)
2016-12-14 14:40:41.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Any help?

1. For parcel RS184970543CN I suspect it's coming back to China because there was a problem with the address. You can verify on the Turkey Post site about this parcel.

2. For the other parcel RF470084175CN, Turkey Post did not scan your parcel yet so no news.
