My parcel number is RM421885538CN it should be shipped to Thailand but it’s not updated since Sep,27th. So it means 24 days!!
I’ve never been waiting for the shipping long as this parcel.
I want to ask about time that take the parcel from the export department to Thailand.I’ve checked with Thai post but it’s not found in the system.
I think it take too long time.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 24 from china to Thailand. Normally parcel will travel about 2 to 5 weeks to reach Thailand receiver. You can not see new status until Thailand customs releases the parcel to Thai Post.

Could I know the parcel shipped by ship or air?
About 5 weeks to receiver,it means parcel should be handed not longer than Oct,31st?
Last,now it should be on that way or at the customs?

the parcel is shipped by air. airmail parcel 5 weeks is just estimated speed based on our user report. The actually speed is depending on airline space situation and government customs clearance speed These factors change everyday.
