Hi ordered a very important package that I need shipped quick but it’s been 10 days and all I see when I track my package is en route to my country. Tracking Number: EA374447195CN. It never takes this long while en route please let me know what’s happening and deliver my package ASAP. It was shipped via EMS. Please let me know what’s happening. Thanks

Canada Post workers are on strike now. Nobody scan and process import parcel. Now thousands of parcels are stuck in Vancouver and Toronto airport, you might need wait some more time.

Canada post told me it is not even in Canada yet. The package is not even in Canada

Canada Post can not know if it is in Canada or China before Canada Post worker scan this parcel.

Now the problem is thousands of parcels are lying in Vancouver/Toronto airport warehouse without unloading from airline cargo container. So Canada Post's reply is useless.

I contact Canada post again right now. They said customs have package before Canada post, so customs will always scan if they have packages. They don’t have the package. It is somewhere in China and not in Canada. Please check your facility for my item I need it quick.
