Post No Update since a long time

Hello. I ordered a product from Aliexpress to be delivered to Oman about a month back and since 2 weeks there hasn’t been any updates on it. It seems to be stuck in Sent to Export Customs/Security. But the funny thing is, 2 hours before that status, there was another one that it has already ARRIVED AT THE DESTINATION and Oman Mail Processing Centre. I even got a call from them the same day saying that the product has been arrived. Now when I contacted Oman Post they also dont have any idea. When I contacted seller, he says the item is still on its way to Oman, but then how come I got that call from Oman Post. Please do help me on this front. Thank You.

RP175385347CN is in Oman Post system. If Oman Post can not find the parcel, it should lost. You need open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

RP175385347CN arrived Oman in Feb. If you have not got it, it should be lost in Oman Post system.
