It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches Romania and Poșta Română scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Your parcel left China for Romania on December 24. Unfortunately, transit time to Romania can often be very long, 30-60 days.
