Hello Team,

I have a parcel with destination to Mongolia. Here is my parcel ID: RF500475190SG
But there was no update since 14th of December. I asked from my local post office and they said they haven't received the parcel

Number: RF500475190SG
Package status: In transit
Destination country: China
2017-12-14 10:32 北京处理中心, 已出口直封
2017-12-13 08:17 北京, 已进口开拆
2017-12-12 15:26 北京处理中心, 已进口互封(国内经转)
2017-12-12 08:37 北京, 已进口开拆

Origin country: Singapore

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows RF500475190SG destination is China not Mongolia . Not sure if this is a mistake of Singapore Post. We only know it left China on Dec 14. It might be returned to Singapore.
