I mailed a item using usps registered mail on april 6th and now the buyer is saying he cant track it on usps and china post doesnt give me any info? Is it just not been long enough? The buyer is really on me to find out what happened so i really could use some help. The tracking number is ra559243482us . Thank you in advance for help.

USPS website does not show any tracking result of RA559243482US , I believe you might post a wrong tracking number.

I have reciept right in front of me now. Custom # lc487641160us
Registered mail tracking number. RA559243482us when i go to the usps sight it just says tracking not avaliable in hong kong. Message me direct i can send a picture of the reciept and shipping. I even insured it .

you should go to your original post office and ask them what is wrong with your parcel. normally parcel can be trackable right after you gave the parcel to USPS.
