Hi,
Why has the status not changed for so long?

2019/9/4 17:44 Unsuccessful delivery ZA32075 Missed Delivery/Attempted delivery today .

We don't have your tracking number, so can not give you accurate suggestion. From your tracking result, it seems that your parcel arrived your local Post office on Sep 4. You need go to your local Post office in ZA32075 to pickup your parcel.
