Hello,
Since about a week ago I have not been able to track any package I ordered. When I enter the ID, instead of asking for verification code it only allows "Start tracking", which does nothing later on as the shipping record is not found. However it could be found two weeks ago.
Where might my package RI357273954CN be? And why am I not able to track it myself?

we are upgrading our tracking database. some records can not be showed in public website. I just manually tracked RI357273954CN in our database, it was just shipped from Beijing. You should get it by mid April.

RG144151055CN is on the way to Peru. Our system is upgrading these days. You might experience some tracking inconvenience.

Hello! Am the same too, I have a parcel coming from China, no. is EA063696335CN.. possible to help me check? its been 5 days.. and i still cant track it..

EA063696335CN is fake number. seller did not ship the goods yet.

EA063696335CN is invalid. seller did not ship the goods yet.

Hello, I've confronted the same problem, I have two parcels coming from China and http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php says "No shipping record"! Please can you help me, tracking numbers are RI395002515CN and RI395002311CN. Thank you!!
