hi there, The tracking number provided by the seller does not appear on your system yet. The item has a small package and so I'm focusing on the possibility that the cargo will lost. I couldn't find a place where I could get the necessary information. What happened to my cargo?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV164155802CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

The seller's answer was that way. ''We sent the parcel already to China post, they need time to process it, please understanding with each other'' What is the probability of being true that?

Seller did not ship anything. I suggest you give seller 2 more days. If you can not track the parcel on Monday, then open dispute against fraud.
