Post No record for my tracking number. Is it false?

I bought an item on a Chinese online store. They mailed me my packet was sent last Wednesday (8th May).
This is the tracking number: LL263306129CN
I searched in all the possibilities on this site, but the answer is always 'No shipping records'.
Is it fake?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LL263306129CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
