Hi. I'm trying to track my parcel, UQ921449718CN , but there are no new updates for a month now, other than the fact that it has left the processing centre in China on 27/01. Might it be lost in transit if it has not yet arrived, or how can I find out when it should be delivered? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UQ921449718CN shows the parcel was shipped on JAN 29.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
