What's happened to my parcel? The last update was on 24 Jan. RI827211420CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RI827211420CN arrived New Zealand on Jan 24. If you did not get the goods, it should be lost in NZ customs.

I'm starting to find the long time for registered mail, I think I'll abandon TinyDeal.
