Dear staff of this website,

My package was sent approximately one month ago and since then I did not receive it. Instead, after one month, it is showing as again "in customs", after it had already left China.

Can you please look into this issue?

The parcel tracking number is: LF215072675CN

Thank you from all my heart and I will be glad for all responses.

China Post tracking system shows the parcel was returned to Suzhou on Oct 9. You can not get it anymore. Not sure the return reason, but I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.

Do you think they will deliver it back to seller, destroy it or send it again through customs to my country?

Also, I have a problem with another package: LF215072675CN

This one was sent one month ago and still has not arrived to my country, although it had left China long time ago.

Can you please update me on both packages?

China Post tracking system shows the parcel LF215072675CN was returned to Suzhou on Oct 9. You can not get it anymore. Not sure the return reason, but I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.

Just checked with China Post EMS database, the parcel returned to Suzhou by mistake. Today Suzhou EMS sent the parcel to Shanghai again. The parcel now is on the way to Czech again. No need open dispute anymore.
