Post Need tracking..company isnt helpful

I received tracking number today and it shows that "No tracking number identified". I have reached out thrice to the company and have received no assistance. Please advise. The number is LW630867382CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LW630867382CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON immediately against fraud and claim refund.
