Post Need to change delivery address

My tracking number is EA187037517CN.
Hong Kong Post Office has contacted me and they said my package cannot be stored at SF station and requested the China Post side to send an email to them indicating to change the delivery address to my home address OR can you provide the China delivery statement for my follow up with the Hong Kong Post Office on my own?

You need contact sender to correct address, not China Post.
