Post Need information About a parcel sent from Chittagong, Bangladesh to Guangzhou

Dear concern, can I get any information about a parcel(Books) sent from Chittagong, Bangladesh to Guangzhou. The parcel was sent on 26/8/2018. My nephew, to whom it was sent, visited at least two post office of Guangzhou, they said, they don't have any information.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP401117390BD shows it arrived Guangzhou city 白云区同和post dept. center 2 weeks ago. It has delivery problem.

You need ask receiver go to 白云区同和post office and pickup the parcel asap.
