LO032321545CN left Shenzhen for Milan on Jul 31. After leaving Shenzhen, parcel will transit through different airports and sorting centres before entering Italy Post system. This will take 2 to 4 weeks, you can not see update during this 2 to 4 weeks period.

Once parcel enters Italy Post system, you will see new status in Italy Post website.

Anyway, the seller made me pay 20€ for an express delivery in 7-14 days... anything that I can do, considered that it won't arrive within that amount of time?

if you paid with paypal, you can open dispute for compensation if the parcel can not arrive in 14 days.

Hi, the website says that my parcel LL629774547CN arrived in Italy (MILR) on the 16th of august. I haven't had any update since that day. May I have further information? Or can I follow my parcel on another website?
