Shipping times to Europe were much much longer than normal this year, so unfortunately for a package to take this long to Germany isn't unusual.

Still, if it doesn't show up in the next two weeks, I would start to think about opening a dispute for lost parcel.

Thanks, where should i make this, with the lost parcel? China Post or my german DHL?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, open dispute to the seller which sold the goods.

Hm, i buyed it from a private shop with paypal, contact both of it a few days ago. So paypal and the customer knows, that i havent the parcel yet.
