Post Need help tracking package to china seller for refund!

Can anyone pull up additional info on tracking #CV046997123US ? It's been stuck at "Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )" for 8 days. Not sure if it was delivered to seller or not currently in paypal dispute trying to get refund but paypal won't budge unless they see that it was delivered back to seller. Seller refuses contact with me (mostly upset I sent it back, well it was defective sorry). Seller is in Guangzhou so I would think it would of been delivered by now...

sometimes china post does not confirm the delivery status if seller reject the parcel. you should contact paypal for refund in this case. If you purchased from ebay, you should tell seller to cooperate with you in order to get a good feedback.

So you are saying it's possible the item was rejected and is on the way back to me? Problem is I need some kind of confirmation this happened or paypal can do nothing without the tracking showing it was rejected or delivered...
