Hello!

I'm hoping to get some assistance in an update for my package: LT270362815CN.

I placed the order on January 7th, but they didn't ship out till January 24th. All I can see is that my package maybe left China on the 28th?

The seller had informed me on the 24th that it should arrive in 10-20 days and today is the 20th day, but no update. I was hoping to receive this before February 15th..

Have there been delays in deliveries? Is it always busy in January in China due to end of winter holidays and New Years prep?

Anyway insight would be helpful.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT270362815CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to US on Jan 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in Miami,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
