Hi,

I am returning an order to get a refund through Post NL and China post.

Could you please check for me whether everything is going well with regards the customs?

Tracking number: CC073294019NL

As this is a returned product, I should not have an issue with this as I do not have to pay.

CC073294019NL just arrived China customs in Guangzhou. You need ask receiver call China Post hotline and pickup the parcel from China Post Guangzhou office. Receiver might need to sign some customs clearance documentations.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your response.

They do not seem to be willing to do that as I believe they are trying their best not to receive the product for refund.

Is there an alternative?
