Sir,

My tracking number is RV864675489CN for purchase of PIQO: World’s Most Powerful 1080p Pocket Projector,1 which was booked on 02.04.2019 but my parcel has not recevied yet, when I track to seach my parcel it shows, the item is in GUANGZHOU, China, and not sent to India yet kindly resolve this issue at the earliest please.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV864675489CN shows the number was sent to airline on April 7.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, India Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I just want to know, when my parcel will be reach to me, I mean which date I will get my parcel

based on our experience, you need wait 2 to 8 weeks. no exact arrival date available.

as we discussed on 23.04.2019, one month has been passed away and no update has been received from your side for my parcel and also when I track to search my parcel it shows status "on route" kindly help me to resolve this matter please.

RV864675489CN has not record in India Post system. It might be lost.

If you buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

as your reply dated 25.05.2019, kindly suggest me the procedure how to refund my money back against purchase parcel Product : PIQO: World’s Most Powerful 1080p Pocket Projector 1, Payment No.:PS1903291111352550 amount of : 55.07 USD through Credit Card type : master from the website : FUYRE.

as I informed my bank they are not giving any response about my charge back, Sir, as you also told me that based on our experience, you need wait 2 to 8 weeks, but as I book my parcel on 02.04.2019 with Payment detail No.:PS1903291111352550. Now, 8 week has been passed away, still my parcel PIQO: World’s Most Powerful 1080p Pocket Projector not received.

China Post has sent my parcel on today 06.06.2019, but when I open my parcel I saw they sent me a small ring which name is RING JEWELRY weight 0.030 and value USD: 12.00 which is not my order because I was ordered PIQO world most powerful 1080p pocket projector. It is requested you to kindly take back wrong order which is sent by China Post and sent to me my original order which I have already paid.
