:( I sent two parcel post nbr : CP363555866CN and CP363556359CN from Guanzhou since 1/5/2018 to my address in Syria. :(

I didn't crevice the above mentioned two parcels post up to this moment.

kindly check and advice outcome.

China Post can not ship goods to Syria. Your parcels have been returned to shipper.

In case that you cannot ship to Syria why you have collected the 2 [parcels with Syria’s destination???

Can you reship them to Lebanon if we give you our postal address in Lebanon??

you need contact seller to reship the parcel to Lebanon. The parcel is in his hand.

Kindly note that our director Mr. Zafer A. Khandji has attended the Canton fair during April/May 2018 and he has post the parcel by himself to Syria, so no any seller is involved in this case, he is now in Damascus and he is only the person entitled to instruct .
We assume that the two parcels are now at your warehouse, please check and find them to advice you how to handle the 2 parcels.

the parcels were returned to China Post office in Canton fair. Next time when you went to Canton fair, go to the same post office and see if they can find the parcel for you.

Dear Sirs
I attended canton fair 125 and complying with your recommendation, I checked with China Post office in Canton fair.
They accepted to resend the two parcels to Dubai / UAE, according to the new track. nbrs. CP363558425CN, CP363558434CN.
Could you please check about these new track nbrs. for the previous parcels and advice outcome??

china post tracking system has no record of CP363558425CN, CP363558434CN. If you just got the number, you need wait 2 to 3 days and track again.

Further to our above messages, When I checked personally with the post office in Guangdong regarding the two parcels sent they promised to resend it to my address in Dubai and they remitted to me the attached two receipt, please investigate about these parcels and advice outcome.

CP363555866CN and CP363556359CN were shipped in mid of June. They are on the way to UAE.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow and CHEAP parcel service. Normally it will arrive Germany in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
