my tracking number RV928661034CN has not been shipped yet. i contacted seller on instagram,email but he is not responding. tho i ordered 2-3 stuffs from him he's legit but he isn't responding? what could have happend? why is it taking too long? please help me it was kind of expensive parcel and had 2-3 items in it. please please help me

once again my tracking number is RV928661034CN which is to be shipped by china post i think and to be handed over to india post upon arrival to the destination country

RV928661034CN has no shipping record in China Post system. This means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
