CP328556556CN is surface parcel which is very slow and not reliable. You can do nothing but waiting.

thanks for replying .......what do you mean by not reliable here? but you guys can please put an inquries for it ....actually totally my 4 parcels are stuck for more than then 6 months.... 3 parcels i send on same day and 1 on different day but same month..... i really dont know what to do

not reliable means parcel arrival time quite difficult to predict and has high lost rate.

so what is the procedure that i apply for the refund then?
any official email address or anyother way so i can get my money back at least

if you ordered the item from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, contact customer service to open dispute. If you purchased from other websites, you need contact the website for refund (if they have refund policy).

okay .... I have sent my parcels through China post office and pay them through cash... they to me buy insurance that time so I did..... then what is the procedure for the refund ?

6 months? then its lost lol, 2 months is max to wait for it to accept it stolen or lost... u should have done something long ago to seller refund asked..
